1) Narrated by Abi Dzar. The Messenger of Allah Mohamed (may peace be upon him) asked, "What is the most important word?" He replied, "That which Allah has chosen for his angels and his servants is Subhanallah wa Bihamdihi (Glory to Allah with all praise to him)." (HR Muslim).
2) Prophet Mohamed  The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: "The best speech to Allah SWT is the phrase Subhanallah wa Bihamdihi." (HR Muslim and Tirmidhi).
3) Prophet Mohamed  The Messenger of Allah  (may peace be upon him) said: "Two light sentences are spoken in the tongue, heavy on the scales, and favored by the Most Merciful (Allah), Subhanallah Wa bihamdihi, Subhanallahil' Adzim. (Holiness to Allah and all praise to him, Glory to Allah Most High)" (HR Bukhari 7/168 and Muslim 4/2072)
4) Prophet Mohamed  (may peace be upon him) said: "Whoever recites Subhanallah wa Bihamdihi one hundred times a day, he will be forgiven of all his sins even if his sins are like bubbles in the sea." (HR Muslim and Tirmidzi)
In Islamic Golden Age  Imam Al Ghazali says there is only one practice that is not restricted; it is a remembrance.
